At SAVNA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable luxury perfumes inspired by iconic scents. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, we do not accept product returns once delivered. However, we do support exchanges (under strict conditions) and offer a clear cancellation policy for your convenience.

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and expedite the resolution process for any product issues, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:
• Damaged or leaking products
• Incorrect items received
• Missing products in the package


Unboxing Video Guidelines:
• The video must start before opening the outer courier package.
• It should show the entire unboxing process clearly, including:
o The external packaging and shipping label
o Inner box and product condition
o Seal, cap, and bottle of the fragrance
• The video must be, unfiltered, unedited, and taken in a single shot.

Please Note:
Claims for damaged, leaking, or incorrect products will not be eligible for exchange if an unboxing video is not provided or fails to meet the above criteria.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this helps us maintain quality control and prevent misuse of our policy.

1. No Returns Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards, we do not accept returns of any perfume or fragrance product once it has been delivered and opened. This ensures all our customers receive 100% genuine, untouched, and uncontaminated products.
Please make sure to carefully review your order before placing it.

2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
• You have received a damaged or leaking product.
• The wrong fragrance or product variant was delivered to you.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all safety seals, caps, and external packaging intact.


Exchange Process:
1. Notify Us Within 48 Hours
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at savnaaromalab@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9310697417 with your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear video of the product unboxing.
2. Approval and Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and notify you of the approval. If approved, we’ll share return shipping instructions or arrange reverse pickup where possible.
3. Return the Item
Products must be securely packaged and sent in their original condition. If the product does not meet our return condition upon inspection, the exchange will not be processed.
4. Replacement Dispatch
Once your returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Note: Exchanges are not applicable for fragrance dislikes, personal preferences, or minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product performance.

3. Order Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellations only within a limited window:
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
• Once your order is packed or marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refund Timeline:
If your order is successfully cancelled:
• A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with an incorrect product:
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number, a short description, and supporting images or videos.
• Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a store credit, based on product availability.
